If I was a betting woman, I think it would be pretty safe to bet that pasta is one of your go-to dinners on busy nights. In our house, I’d win bundles of money on that assumption. When you have a couple of boxes of pasta at your fingertips and some sort of protein and array of veggies in the fridge, you can whip up a healthy meal faster than a short order cook at the local diner.
All of these pasta recipes are not only healthy, but many can be made in 30 minutes or less. And dare I say that your body will thank you for a vegetable-packed option that might even leave you with leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch?
Typically we just throw in whatever veggies and meat or beans that we have on hand, along with some tomato sauce or a dollop of pesto. However, if you’d like a recipe to follow or would like to try something a little different, these healthy pasta recipes are some of our favorites.
